TV NETWORKS AS EDTRADA DONORS?

COMELEC’ Resolution No. 10772 prohibits TV networks and all franchise-holder entities from donating to candidates or political parties. But in his campaign spending report, Jinggoy Estrada claims that GMA 7 and ABS CBN were his top donors.

The networks have issued flat denials. How should Estrada and COMELEC deal with the apparent error?
