Right to Know, Right Now! Statement on the Miru JV’s New NFCC Submission

We have read from news media reports that Miru Systems had sent a 1.5 page statement about the supposed replacement NFCC submitted by Integrated Computer Systems, Inc. (ICSI), one of two remaining Philippine partners in the Miru Joint Venture.

The Right to Know, Right Now! Coalition (R2KRN) also received by email “a unified and singular response” from the JV consortium today, October 16, 2024 at 11:07 AM, signed by “Nani Lim” using an Integrated Computer Systems, Inc. email signature.

In the emailed response, “Nani Lim” attached the following:

– the R2KRN demand letter;

– a two-page statement that appears to be the same statement that Miru Systems released to media, but on a letterhead with an address this time; and

– photo of the first page of the NFCC transmittal copy stamped received by the Comelec.

While R2KRN acknowledges the email, we did not receive a copy of the NFCC submission signed and certified by the JV’s authorized representatives, as well as the list of ongoing and awarded contracts of ICSI .

We have yet to receive, too, the eight other documents that we had enumerated in our letter request for disclosure dated October 9, 2024.

R2KRN continues to wait for a full response from the Miru JV.
